It gives me great pleasure to introduce you to Highland Machinery Corporation!
Highland Machinery Corporation started as a mine equipment rebuild facility with a concept of making the rebuilt piece of equipment better than when it was new. We designed and built our own new frames for shuttle cars, scoops and belt feeders as part of the rebuild process. It didn’t take long for word to get around that our frames were designed to last even in rugged mining conditions and our rebuild process was to be compared to O.E.M. quality.

Since 1988, Highland Machinery Corporation has grown to service major mining companies throughout the world. Yes, we still rebuild and repair equipment or update it with our quality frames. However, today Highland offers so much more! We now offer new equipment product lines that include new shuttle cars, scoops, rubber tired personnel carriers, prep plant feeders, our patented HMC Feeder and belt terminal groups. We also carry a large components parts exchange program. It is our goal to provide our customer’s with dependable, quality mining equipment at a fair price.

Due to tremendous growth in recent years, we now have two shop locations to better service our customer’s needs. Our largest facility, located in Oak Hill, WV, covers 13 acres of ground and 43,200 square feet of shop/office space. This shop contains final assembly bays, machining centers, component assembly areas, an electrical shop, fabrication shop and an 8,000 square foot parts warehouse that stocks many of the parts and components needed to keep your equipment running.

While our Oak Hill, WV facility currently focuses on manufacturing new shuttle cars and scoops and rebuilding shuttle cars, our Auxier, KY location focuses on manufacturing personnel carriers, belt feeders and rebuilding scoops. This location has 8,000 square feet of shop/office space and covers 5 acres of ground.

With the help of our experienced management staff and dedicated engineering department, Highland Machinery has been able to develop new ideas and technologies which enable us to stay on course with a very demanding market. Our team strives to stay ahead of the competition in every aspect.

Our establishment also works with mining companies who close non-efficient or worked-out operations to help liquidate their facilities and equipment. This enables us to provide our customer’s with good used mining equipment with sizable savings!
